The studio was a beautifully designed space, with everything we needed for our Christmas getaway. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen area was nicely equipped. We especially appreciated the peaceful and secluded location, perfect for a quiet holiday. the studio was conveniently located within walking distance of a lovely pub and close to both the mere and the sea.
One drawback of the studio was the lack of outdoor seating, which would have been ideal if we wanted to cook our own meals and enjoy the outdoors. the fact that the studio could only be accessed by an external staircase may not be suitable for everyone.

Absolutely loved our Christmas stay at this quaint and cozy studio. The smart and modern decor made us feel right at home. The mini kitchen was a delightful touch, allowing us to prepare our own meals. The location was perfect, with plenty of places to walk to and enjoy the outdoors. We especially enjoyed walking to Aldeburgh and exploring the beautiful surroundings. Plus, the owners were kind enough to let us park on their drive, which was a nice convenience.
While we didn't personally experience any issues, it's worth noting that the studio can only be reached by an external staircase, which may not be suitable for everyone. Additionally, the lack of outdoor seating meant that we couldn't fully enjoy cooking our own meals outside.

Very comfortable. Pub with good food and drink a couple of minutes walk away. Walking distance to the mere and to the sea. Beautiful location, perfect for walking to nearby town. Very kind to let us park on owners' drive!
No problems for us, but the apartment can only be reached by an external staircase so not suitable for everyone. Somewhere to sit outside would be ideal, particularly if we wanted to cook our own meals.

The studio was well-equipped, with everything we needed in one space. the decor was modern and up to date, creating a smart and tidy atmosphere. the mattress was firm and comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep. We also appreciated the mini kitchen, which was very handy. the location was beautiful and peaceful, perfect for walking to nearby attractions such as Aldeburgh. the fact that parking on the owners' drive was allowed was a kind gesture.
The lack of outdoor seating, which would have been nice, especially if we wanted to cook our own meals. the car ended up being covered in sap and bird lime due to uncertainty regarding the availability of parking on the drive.

Brilliantly equipped and packaged for such a small space, worthy of George Clarke. Very comfortable. Pub with good food and drink a couple of minutes walk away. Walking distance to the mere and to the sea.
No problems for us, but the apartment can only be reached by an external staircase so not suitable for everyone. I suppose somewhere to sit outside would be ideal, particularly if we’d wanted to cook our own meals.

That the studio could only be reached by an external staircase, which may not be suitable for everyone. it would have been nice to have a place to sit outside, especially if we wanted to cook our own meals.
