The studio was a beautifully designed space, with everything we needed for our Christmas getaway. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen area was nicely equipped. We especially appreciated the peaceful and secluded location, perfect for a quiet holiday. the studio was conveniently located within walking distance of a lovely pub and close to both the mere and the sea.

One drawback of the studio was the lack of outdoor seating, which would have been ideal if we wanted to cook our own meals and enjoy the outdoors. the fact that the studio could only be accessed by an external staircase may not be suitable for everyone.

Absolutely loved our Christmas stay at this quaint and cozy studio. The smart and modern decor made us feel right at home. The mini kitchen was a delightful touch, allowing us to prepare our own meals. The location was perfect, with plenty of places to walk to and enjoy the outdoors. We especially enjoyed walking to Aldeburgh and exploring the beautiful surroundings. Plus, the owners were kind enough to let us park on their drive, which was a nice convenience.

While we didn't personally experience any issues, it's worth noting that the studio can only be reached by an external staircase, which may not be suitable for everyone. Additionally, the lack of outdoor seating meant that we couldn't fully enjoy cooking our own meals outside.

Very comfortable. Pub with good food and drink a couple of minutes walk away. Walking distance to the mere and to the sea. Beautiful location, perfect for walking to nearby town. Very kind to let us park on owners' drive!

No problems for us, but the apartment can only be reached by an external staircase so not suitable for everyone. Somewhere to sit outside would be ideal, particularly if we wanted to cook our own meals.

We loved the peaceful and beautiful location, perfect for walking to Aldeburgh. The nearby pub served delicious food and drink, and we enjoyed strolling to the mere and the sea. The studio was brilliantly equipped for its size, making our stay very comfortable. we highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful getaway.

The studio was well-equipped, with everything we needed in one space. the decor was modern and up to date, creating a smart and tidy atmosphere. the mattress was firm and comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep. We also appreciated the mini kitchen, which was very handy. the location was beautiful and peaceful, perfect for walking to nearby attractions such as Aldeburgh. the fact that parking on the owners' drive was allowed was a kind gesture.

The lack of outdoor seating, which would have been nice, especially if we wanted to cook our own meals. the car ended up being covered in sap and bird lime due to uncertainty regarding the availability of parking on the drive.

The hotel room was brilliantly equipped and packaged for its small space, reminding me of something George Clarke would approve of. The bed was comfortable, the mini kitchen was a great addition, and the bathroom was nice. The location was fantastic, with a pub just a couple of minutes away and a walking distance to the mere and the sea. We loved the quiet and secluded atmosphere, and everything we needed was conveniently placed in one space. a perfect stay.

    Can recommend this hotel.

Brilliantly equipped and packaged for such a small space, worthy of George Clarke. Very comfortable. Pub with good food and drink a couple of minutes walk away. Walking distance to the mere and to the sea.

No problems for us, but the apartment can only be reached by an external staircase so not suitable for everyone. I suppose somewhere to sit outside would be ideal, particularly if we’d wanted to cook our own meals.

The bed was comfortable and the little kitchen area was nicely equipped. We loved the fact that there was a pub within a couple of minutes walk and that we could easily walk to the mere and the sea. It was also great that we could park our car on the owner's drive.

That the studio could only be reached by an external staircase, which may not be suitable for everyone. it would have been nice to have a place to sit outside, especially if we wanted to cook our own meals.

Loved the mini kitchen, comfy bed and private parking. Free WiFi saved me from boredom. Norwich Airport is just a delightful 45km away.

Oh, how I adore having to climb external stairs to reach my room. Such a treat for my tired legs.
